This lawyer should be ashamed of their practices. They told the court that my husband was served and when we looked at the papers there were two people in that envelope. Never received a letter from them explaining what the debt was, when it was opened, or last payment to see if they are in the State of Michigan statute of limitations. Now they sent me a default judgment which I will be fighting since they decided to serve me twice; once with a process server and once through the mail with another person's paperwork. The attorney is a joke and if the court decides to favor with the attorney I will get an attorney to sue them for illegal practices.

It was a lot easier than expected .nice easygoing staff.
