Thought Stephanie was going to be great the first time we spoke, instead of ending up having to follow up with her multiple times, and went elsewhere. Ghosting in a professional business is a no from me.

I was having trouble getting out of my lease. I had submitted a 30 day notice and my landlord wouldn’t let me go. I was informed by management, before signing my lease, that submitting a notice 30 days in advance would get me off the lease. Well when it was time to move out, the information that was given to me was wrong. I was stressed, couldn’t sleep, and looking for help anywhere I could get it. Everyone kept telling me the same thing over and over again, that I couldn’t get out of it until both my roommate and I left together. Thankfully, a good friend of mine recommended Stephanie.
