Would rate less if I could. Not only did he not come prepared for court in which we ended up losing after his “extremely confident this case will be thrown out” attitude, he expected me to takes notes for him. Didn’t know basic laws of signed documents. Misfiled a reconsideration which added almost three weeks to the trial date because their office can’t file in the correct court. Responses and explanations from office are spotty, usually late and minimal at best. Demeaning, over confident and agitated constantly. Waste of money, waste or time and resources. I would’ve been better off if I didn’t trust him with my money and confidence to perform basic tasks as an attorney. Don’t waste your time Edit to reflect on their response: - The judge had to cite simple admission laws during the hearing to Stephen so he could understand why evidence was admissible and why his motion wasn’t valid. Maybe he should learn the laws, he had plenty of time to read up on them. - The office was supposed to file the reconsideration for the case he lost since he came unprepared. Not only did his office file the motion in the wrong court calendar and had to resubmit (I assume they’ll bill me for that too) it was stricken and a new date was set which added nearly three weeks. These are glorified process servers as that was the only thing they did right. His “advice” after losing the initial case was there wasn’t a chance to win a reconsideration and a minimal chance at best for a revision so it wasn’t worth trying for it either. Then he promptly left without further discussion. If this is something you’re looking for give them a call, I’m sure they’d be happy to take your money only to lose a case and tell you there’s no hope after.
