Kenny we literally do not repeat dial. If you want to be removed you’d need to let us know, either by email or phone. We also do not buy lists. Absolutely email auto@sternlawonline.com with your name and it’ll be removed - unfortunately the claim we’ve continued despite disinterest is patently false and we appreciate you speaking with our team and confirming you had submitted a request and were removed from outreach over a week before this review. It's a shame you chose to be dishonest with the review after soliciting the contact you're complaining about but best of luck

First, we have never stated we are in Wisconsin. We use local phone numbers for clients who may be charged for long distance. We do this nationally and have for nearly a decade - it has nothing to do with the services we provide or our legitimacy. If you wished to not be contacted we could have removed you. But you'll also notice the Business Page you're responding to makes it clear we are in Michigan, as does our Facebook Page and website - we aren't hiding that.

Your review leaves out the fact that we explained we made all attempts to present your claim for compensation. There would not be a time where you could impact the capacity for our firm to advance the claim and all efforts were made - your review implies that you could have done something had we notified you, that only our firm is unwilling to proceed with a claim where other attorneys may be willing or that this problem only occurred during our work on it. It is unclear why you feel that our best efforts to effectively resolve a claim on a vehicle more than ten years old means we are a "1*" as you were never charged for our services and had a firm work to try with all resources available to assist you. If there was a baseline for us to proceed we would have; your 1* would be better suited for product law, not our firm's attorneys who could not find a window for presenting a claim for a legal effort. That this was unsuccessful should not mean we are somehow a poor business or provided poor service.

Nearly everything in your review is defamatory and false - most notably a claim went on for “ten years” as none of our claims in any brand lawsuit are that old. If this is the Ceasar of our DPS6 matter, we have absolutely no record of you contacting us for years now. Any issue with the check would be handled with our co-counsel who helped issue it (as it was immediately once they reached out and found out you had an issue months ago) but yours would be the absolute first we've heard on this specific matter. You are, however, absolutely and completely 100% wrong that any co-counsel agreements diminished your outcome and you have a direct payout breakdown proving that. It is beyond us what sort of "abandonment" you could be citing but notably you have not indicated you weren't paid, just that an individual bank had its own individual issues with your attempt to cash. That is not our firm's fault but even when this has occurred in other cases, as you can see in our reviews, our firm has worked fast to resolve the problem and get clients paid. It is unfortunate you feel you had a bad experience but it does not appear to be with us but given your outcome, your payment, our immediate responses to any questions and more, instead with the manufacturer who sold you a problematic vehicle and your bank for not cashing the settlement. Everything else in your review about our firm is an intentional effort to defame us. Given we haven't heard from or spoken to you in two years, it seems you threatened some other law firm and got the threat of legal action.<br><br>Update: upon speaking with our co-counsel, they TOO have not heard from you since going to great lengths to issue you multiple checks to address your financial institutions' issues. Which you cashed and didn't acknowledge to them. So, in short, you have lied and attacked our firm due to a check cashing place and others not putting a hold to review the check, for reasons we can only guess. Your other claims are, again, demonstrably false as no additional charges were made to you for representation - to our firm's expense, not yours - and you have not reached out to us in TWO YEARS, while the co-counsel who issued the checks has not heard from you in 6 months after trying to resolve this check issue for you. Your anger should be with others and not the firm who helped you resolve a claim to SIGNIFICANT value where the class would have offered you nothing. We expect this review will be removed after we have gone to great lengths to contact you and disprove all of your concerns and misconceptions above.
