After some miscommunication was resolved along with other issues, this firm honored their word. I received my check and am very happy with the results. Thank you for following thru and getting this rectified. I am very appreciative and satisfied. I would have them represent me again.

I have a 2015 Ford Focus in the transmission litigation. I have nothing but great things to say about this firm. Ken Stern has taken his time for me both on the phone and by email. He has been top notch keeping me updated and responding to me directly during this extremely frustrating time. Very grateful to have them on my case. I got nowhere with Ford on my own. Update: This case has finally resolved about a month ago. Excellent experience with this firm, they worked extremely hard for many years and was able to accomplish and resolve my matter. Could not have resolved it against Ford without them.

When can we expect the Flight and NY claims to be paid on the Ford case?

Almost a year after a filing all the paperwork for my car, I was finally told that my vehicle was too old for the lawsuit. None of the Stern attorneys were willing to take my case because they considered the car too old. While I realize that are no certainties with a lawsuit, I am very disappointed that this was my final result. If there was a possibility that my car would essentially "age out" of the lawsuit, I should of been informed of that at the beginning of the process, not a year later. None of the communications I received from Stern Law ever indicated that the age of the car might be an issue.

Stern Law has been amazing throughout this claim process. I just received my settlement check yesterday. They have kept me updated throughout the years, and have always been kind and courteous when I've called. Thank you for all you've done!!!

My experience with Stern Law has been one of, if not the worst, experience I've ever encountered with any business in my life thus far. They mislead, manipulated, and confused the entire process for nearly 10 years. Their communication was non existent at times (over a year at times.) They removed and added attorneys multiple times, which meant less of a settlement for me in the end and more of my money going to a bunch of extra attorneys that I never asked for. Sure they're right, you don't pay anything.....upfront. but the truth is, you do pay. It comes out of your settlement directly. And I'm not talking 5%, 10% no no ... this is predatory behavior, and I was used and tossed to the side after. It's sickening that they have the audacity to take my damn money and then threaten me to sue me if I dare speak about my experience. In the end they sent me a check or checks that I never was able to cash and was told they were fake and confiscated by my bank. Of course stern is no where to be found. But I have some random attorney 500 miles away with no knowledge to speak to.
