I do not write many reviews but This Law Office is Above Thee Rest ! I had an attorney who represented herself to be a “Super-Lawyer. I put my entire confidence in her when I gave her my personal injury case along with my passenger. She never resolved liability, even though it was, clearly, not my fault. She even made it clear to me that my passenger was in conflict, as I may be liable. These are some serious matters, as I was seriously injured in this accident. I decided to go with Steven Lerman, after talking to his administrator, John Martinez, who assured me that serious attention will be given to my case, by the attorneys and staff of the firm. My passenger didn’t substitute the “Super Attorney” out. I went on my own. I was assured by Steven A.Lerman, that issues plaguing my case were gonna be ironed out. And they were. I won’t say how much my case settled for, but I will tell you that it settled for 20 time the amount that my passengers case settled for. I would recommend my closest friends and family to Steven A Lerman for as long as I live. I recommend him to whoever is injured in an accident. He’s that good. This office failed miserably to represent me in my case. They sat on it for almost 1 year. No one ever communicated with me. They are rude, especially Sandy Ramos. It would take me more than 3 emails and get nasty before i get a reply. Images of my vehicles damages were printed out in black and white and dark background. The damaged was not clearly seen because it was not printed in color! They did not challenge any findings related to my claim? I am so livid now i only have 1 year to try and make something out of this mess they created for me! Incompetence and lack of professionalism! Too bad it wont let me post without choosing a star!
