Steven senior was paid around 5k to take the case with the intention of going to trial then never filed a single thing or made any appearance in court for my father. He then asked for a further 15k which was shocking for my father as nothing had been formally filed nor any appearances made for about 5k. As a result the court ended up assigning a guardian ad litem whom just agreed to whatever the other side said resulting in an exceptionally unfair outcome for our family.
