Im trying to get answers for my incarcerated brother. They're unable to answer the phone let alone give me a straight answer. They wont even answer him. They keep sending me in circles to contact his attorney- however we dont know his public attorney and they keep saying they will contact me again or tells us to contact them at a later date- on multiple occasions. The fact that its appointment only and even when I showed up for an answer no one answered- but less than 10 minutes later some guy walks out and locks the door. It's getting frustrating and shows how unprofessional this place and their employees are. I would never recommend and I hope those who have no choice in the matter like my brother gets a better firm

be aware, you will find a group of arrogant, condescending individuals working in one office. just be aware and second guess anything that comes out of their mouths.

Been customer for over 30 yrs. Great service always. Treat people the way you want to be treated.

if you get salena campbell assigned as your public defender ask to be reassigned immediately. she is a crass and arrogant woman and doesn’t really know what she is doing. also took her months to reply to my initial emails and calls, then failed to let me know that she had scheduled a hearing for me when she finally did contact me.

Terrible customer service. Contacted the office many times and no help at all. I understand you guys don’t care but please it is still you guys job to do right by people . Contacted the receptionist multiple times her name is Martha and was never contacted back. Was very patient to wait and see if anyone was going to get back but never did. I know it’s not you guys fault that life happens and people go through things but please don’t look or treat people any differently!!! That’s just not right ! All you had to do was contact us back but never did just until it is time to go before the judge then they have that time but there is not much time to discuss anything. I have questions right now so that I am prepared before the judge. It’s just ridiculous! I wish someone to just get back to me !!!!

I hope to god nobody has a public defender from this office. I called everyday for almost 2 weeks was told I will be called back daily, had to call several times a day to get someone on the phone, was never called back and didn’t hear from a lawyer until 20 minutes before I saw a judge. If you have a serious case and can’t afford a good lawyer go with a different option these people don’t give a damn about you or your freedom, only working for the state trying to get people incarcerated

I could tell they had me taken care of from the beginning!
