I was working on buying a property and we agreed on everything and than I put a $5,000 deposit which he was supposed to start working on everything which he never did. The deal we working on fell through and I called them asking if I can get my money back he kept giving me the run around. I called again and again and still they wouldn’t give me my money back. He kept avoiding me and ignoring me and now it’s been over 7 months. Save yourself money and headache dont come to this law firm their low life’s.

‼️WARNING ‼️ On 08/07/2024 Travis Story asked for $10,000 to represent me. After he received the $10,000 fee he refused to answer my calls for 3 months. He only called me back one time from July 7th, 2024-Sep 2nd, 2025 before I cancelled our contract in writing and asked for an accounting of funds. He is a THIEF who did no work for me, stole my money.( 72CV-25-5672 arcourts) You can see a copy of the cashier check online and his response regarding taking my money and not ever corresponding with me ever again.

Do not hire him he is a thief. He took $1200.00 from me for a bankruptcy and told me I could pay the remaining $1200.00 out after it was filed. Just hours before I received a email saying that the remaining balance would have to be paid or he wouldn't be filing anything. He would not return my call so I went to his office and had to just hang out there and catch him to talk with him. At this point everything was different about him from his attitude, to his guestures, and even the way he looked. In his own words told me that "unfortunately these things happen and he wouldn't refund any of my money" after wasting valuable time and doing absolutely nothing. I had to scramble around and find other resources to help come up with money for a real lawyer to do what Storey lied about doing.

Who ever needs a attorney, do your self a favor and find someone else to help you, do NOT hire Travis Story, he is a bad attorney, I hired him to do a job for me, and he didn't do what I wanted he went another way, he costed me more money then I had and the company I wanted to sue and he said I needed to do a bankruptcy instead, he took 2400 dollars from me but didn't do what I hired him to do, he screwed me over, so please find a different attorney if you need one....he SUCKS as a attorney, when I called to talk to him he was never available to talk to me or he was out of the office, he never talked to me regarding my case, I always talked to Kyle his secretary, it took a years and a half and not one time did he do what I wanted, so I lost 2400 dollars and my car, and he told me that everything would come off my record but there is still somethings still on my record.....all I wanted was to sue the car company for bank fraud, I didn't get that....witch makes me very angry....PLEASE FIND ANOTHER ATTORNEY

Travis Story, Kyle and Tom were very knowledgeable and helpful with my divorce. It was a very stressful life change, but they met the challenge with empathy and professionalism. There were a lot of things that I did not know to look out for and they made many good suggestions that I had never considered. Bottom line is that divorce is stressful and no fun for anyone, but you should have a good team in place if you decide that you have to do it. The Story team is a very good team. They did an outstanding job in making me feel heard and carefully pointed me in the right direction. I would highly recommend.

Travis handled a case to help a family member. He made himself available for questions and was very good at his job, but most importantly showed compassion to our situation. Cannot fail to mention his assistant Kyle who keeps the office humming and is also a joy to work with.
