Attorney Straus helped my parents create a Will and POAs. He was very detailed and patient as my parents had so many questions. He was also very responsive and timely in his approach. He showed care in the details and it was much appreciated.
He was very thorough with his explainations.
Tim was fantastic! We started this process on our own years ago and kept putting it off, fuzzy on next steps (using an online app) and estate planning can be a tough topic From word one, Tim was an excellent and prompt communicator talking us through each step of the process. During the signing portion, he answered all of our questions and raise things we didn’t think to ask Thank you Tim, for helping us take care of this important matter. All the best in the future - and if you decide to work with Tim … you should feel comfortable with that choice
