I wish I had read the reviews before. My calls was also recorded. The young lady who said she is a paralegal. Was giving me legal advice, she didn't know what she was talking about, when I asked her questions, she started getting highly emotional, unprofessional and disrespectful. I guess they love clients who do not ask questions. When the lawyer finally called me back, he told me I was being rude to his staff and they can not represent me. I asked him are you just going to listen to what your staff tell you, without hearing me out? He said the paralegal is his family. That was just enough for me to not want to allow them anywhere close to my case. This is just my personal experience I had with this law firm on Friday. I wouldnt recommend this law firm to my worse enemy. Good luck with whoever want to use these unprofessional, disrespectful highly emotional individuals with there legal matter.

They not only quit my case but refused to send me a letter stating they quit and wont seek money for my new lawyer then had the person who answers the phone lie and state it was faxed to me and my new lawyer but I never told them the lawyer or my fax she didn't know I recorded the call a in case I sue. My new lawyer quit because of the letter less than 24 hr to my hearing because of this.

Do it yourself, it's still going to take 2 years. Disability Attorneys do not make the process faster. And does nothing to help push it along. just sits back and waits to get paid a portion of your disability. Lazy lazy lazy I have 4+years of documented spinal cord injuries that forced me to have 4 surgeries on my lumbar spine. 2017 I had 3 alone January, March, May with a mountain of paperwork. All that could have been easily handed over but I was told he has all he needs. So i have to now wait an extra 20 months ontop of already waiting 9. Two kids about to lose house. And I got a letter stating I was verbally abusive and they can no longer represent me. All I said was I think there dragging there asses, I guess the truth hurts and he didn't want to wait 20 months to get 1500 bucks either so he released me as a client. And I'm aware the system is completely in disarray. But I would use someone else that has only one office and will give you case the attention to detail it needs and not treat it as another account to use as a loss expense when they do taxes and end up getting paid faster from you case indirectly. Making a formal grievance with the better business bureau. Now does this review sound like someone who goes off the wall cussing like a barbarian. Nope just an intellectual being. Hope this review helps those who read it. I wish the best of luck in your disability case.
