In year 2022, I hired this law firm, formerly known as Moran, Sanchy & Associates, for a dispute with my homeowners' association (HOA). Unfortunately, the case made little progress beyond a single letter written to the HOA. Moreover, the firm failed to identify a lien against my condo that was put by the HOA's attorney. This oversight only came up after I consulted another law firm. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them for handling HOA disputes.
