Fate had set its ways and I was lucky enough to meet Mark Sutter on my day in traffic court - I didn’t know I needed a lawyer till the judge said I did and I went to find Mark and he was still in the lobby - after that Mark provided amazing advice at our first meeting - I felt confident in his abilities to help me with my case - he was compassionate, professional, knowledgeable and understanding - I would recommend Mark to anyone I know and love - he is an amazing lawyer and genuine person - he was honest with me and the expectations for court and ultimately my case was dismissed because of his expertise.

Mark Sutter had great communication throughout the process, and was always available to answer my questions. After being charged with a DUI and a gun charge, he prevented my license from being suspended and was able to negotiate a deal to get my DUI reduced to court supervision and all other charges dropped - saving my license, my freedom, and my gun rights. I watched Mark beat my brother’s gun case in the spring of 2022, so when my wife ran into a legal issue we hired him for the job.
