First thing I must tell people, a lawyer who takes money from you on an homeowner insurance case, that the first indication that they don't have confidence in winning your claim, 2 they are definitely in doubt of the outcome and afraid of not making money for possible a simple phone call or one or none letter of communication to say they worked for the large sum of money they collect from the poor victims, sometimes they even act as if you are the respondent on the claims, accusing you for not providing requested information, when they never even answers their phones or emails and if there is answer, it is asking for money, before the case is even in motion they tell you to locate another lawyer, why didn't this lawyer say that in the beginning, where is theirs standard. It wrong, people be careful, this is personal experience , no recovery no money. Be careful folks. Do the homework first.
