Most important. He listens. Gave him a tough case regarding medical malpractice. He came through very well. I'm very happy with Mr. Nelson and his staff. Very nice decent people.
Terry represented my mother on her case,it took time but he got her a awesome settlement,a GOOD attorney takes his time and it may seem like your waiting to long,Terry gets you what you deserve,in a hurry? Call another attorney....if you can be patient and let him and his team do their jobs he will fight hard for you and it will pay off in the end! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Terry!!!!

I called about about meeting with Mr. Nelson to discuss a medical malpractice case. He finally called me back one week later. Which I found to be a bad sign and unacceptable. I decided to look elsewhere for legal representation. If time is of the essence, you may want to call someone else.
