As a new landlord to a 12 unit apartment complex, I quickly found myself thrown in at the deep end. Fortunately, I happened to connect with the team at Frieberg & Morton who were beyond wonderful. Extremely knowledgeable, up to date on specific city ordinances, easy to reach and communicate with. In my case, it only took a couple of days and a letter from them to resolve my issue with a troublesome tenant. They are definitely my go-to team for anything legal. They were extremely responsive, professional, and efficient. Not only did they straighten out the current situation, estimated to save significant sums of money over 2022, but they forecasted eviction costs and time lines on a new 4 plex purchase that allowed us to confidently evaluate the cash flow and ultimately determine our offering price!
