Hello, I don’t normally leave reviews but I had to this time! Miss Lou Gene (Intake Specialist) was the most professional person I have talked to regarding my situation. She was very helpful and had lot of information regarding not only the matter I called originally about, but also another situation I am dealing with. Thank you very much definitely suggest this law firm to anyone who is down on their luck and need the extra support!

Today I spoke with a representative named Lou Gene, she had no obligation to help me, I simply had a few questions to see if this firm could help me, she went above and beyond to get me all the proper information I needed taking time out of her day and on top of that she wasn’t making anything off this case!
