I was hit by someone that blew through a stop sign in Arizona and was injured along with totaling my car. I went through all the insurance channels where mine and the other drivers insurance was saying it was half my fault! I went back and forth to no avail for about a month. I found the accident guys on yelp because of their excellent reviews. Eliot called me and said he would be happy to take on the case. Sally my case worker was absolutely amazing!! I got nowhere with insurance for over a month to resolve this and one phone call from Sally and they said it was not my fault and they wanted to settle the vehicle claim!! Sally asked how that went and when I told her what they gave me she said it wasn’t good enough and got me more! I got all the medical treatment I felt I needed and Sally was there for me the whole way. Gail stepped in after that was over and walked me through the rest of the process. Both insurance agencies settled for my injuries and I couldn’t be happier. The whole team down at the accident guys was absolutely amazing!! I am so glad I called. I can’t say thank you enough!

To any and all that may read this, I certainly hope you are not reading this while driving! I would like to follow that up by saying I wish everyone is being safe on the road and making the best decisions possible. I hope that means something coming from a 22 year old. Though, in the event you were not being safe or someone was not being so wise and damaged your vehicle, It goes without saying that The Accident Guys are the ones to call. It was September 12th, 2024 that I found myself on my way to a bible study, when suddenly at a red light I was abruptly and violently rear rended by a tow truck. If being a full time college student that is struggling to get by isn’t already hard enough, you can believe that this accident couldn’t have come at a worse time. I was upset, confused, and in a tremendous amount of pain. It was even more disheartening when I found out that the driver that hit me gave me fake insurance. Truthfully it all seemed like I’d be left alone with a totaled car and tough luck. That was until my mom told me about The Accident Guys. I was skeptical at first because I was 21 at the time and had never dealt with a lawyer before. Yet, once I picked up my phone and dialed their number, within minutes it felt as if all of my worries would go away. I specifically spoke to Yarit, and from day one she made me feel so reassured and confident that my whole situation would get better. Yarit, along with the team, had me connected with nearby physicians, physical therapists, and radiologists, all in a very timely manner. Every place that they connected me with was very kind, understanding, and wanted the best for my case as well. I especially appreciated that Yarit would call weekly to ask me how I was doing, if I was making all my appointments, and if there was anything she could do to help.
