This way you get a fair chance and your confidential info remains protected by attorney-client confidentiality law. I had an excellent case of a super large company discriminating against me due to my race and disability and I was able to retain an excellent attorney. This firm missed out on my case because of subpar intake process and possibly because their attorney is overwhelmed by numerous cases, many of which may not be legitimate.
