I was excited to work with this law firm. Since Mya left the communications with clients left too. You have to leave a message for a call center to forward to the law firm. The law firm may or may not respond ever. They’ll text you asking important questions from a number you can’t text back. It’s very frustrating and lacks professionalism. I don’t know if they are busy & overwhelmed but it breaks my heart to have this type of outcome from someone I thought highly of.

Where do I start I hired the firm last year June and everything was good as far as answering questions and checking in on me throughout my time with the firm ..I did experience somewhat of lack of communication however after voicing my concerns about it I was able to get way better response and communication so since then I’ve had nothing but positive communication and I can say if I ever need a lawyer again I would definitely give The Colbert Law Firm a call
