David Eicholz is the absolute best lawyer. He got me a great settlement for my knee injury from falling through a deck bc of my slumlord not fixing dangerous problems in the house I was renting. No other law firm thought I had a case but David said I did and personally took on my case. These lawsuits take a while to settle and I think thats what people dont realize. The other amazing thing that happened was after I got my settlement I asked David If he knew anyone that could help me with my mom's estate bc the executor was stealing everything and nobody would help me. Ten minutes later Benjamin Eicholz(David's dad) called me and immediately referred me to a colleague of his that handles estates and was able to hold the executor responsible. The Eicholz law firm are lawyers that genuinely care about whatever situation you have going on and they dont stop fighting for you. I will be forever grateful to them for all they have done for me and I highly recommend them. Thank you for everything. It means the world to me that my situations really mattered and we're resolved. I used them a few years back and let me tell you, This law firm is great! I was always able to get in touch with my lawyer or his assistant. I got my settlement in 6 months. I didn’t have to do anything they done it all for me! I plan on using them again. They were there for me emotionally physically and fought for me so I could heal. I never had to leave my home they came to me 10/10 would recommend!!

My experience with them was quite unbearable. They had me complete an entire packag, told me that they will take my case, only to tell me at the last minute that they can no longer take my case. Maybe you should ask pertinent questions first before having someone fill out your documents with you promising them that you will accept their case. I was fighting for my SSDI benefits. They refused to take my case just because I haven't worked within the past 5 to 10 years. How can you work when you have been ill for the past 17 years I understand that there are rules and regulations to everything in life. However, everyone situation is different and should be handled differently. The point is that I am so glad that they did decline because I recently won my case and yes they will go back. God is good 😊 . Do not believe anyone when they tell you that you don't have enough credits or you have to had worked in the past 5 years. That's not true. I am so happy that these people didn't care to help me. I don't have to pay them anything. GOD WAS MY LAWYER.
