Great at first. Impossible to get ahold of to get things cleared up. Basically harass the dude at the front desk with a million calls if you need to add something important to the case.

Terrible experience. They took the retainer and payments and fired me for asking basic questions to make an informed decision before paying even more money to enforce a court order I paid them to obtain. If asking if current work history is appropriate to ask for during initial discovery for a child support case seems rational to you, as a client after paying $8k. Especially when they tell you there is no way to enforce the order.... Look elsewhere, because they will fire you after taking your money and refer you to free legal aid.
