Even obtaining the link to upload my medical records proved unnecessarily difficult. After numerous follow-up calls and several months of waiting, I was ultimately informed that the firm could not proceed with my case. This outcome raises legitimate concerns about whether the individual who originally reviewed my matter was sufficiently knowledgeable, or whether the prolonged delay served an entirely different purpose.
