I contacted the office two times as a new client, both times I was told that the person responsible for handling my case will get back to me. They never did. Unprofessional. EDIT to respond to the response: I called in early September 2023 and was told that a person named Cullen handles all MetLife business. My contact info was inputted over the phone and you were supposed to call me back. Nothing happened for couple of days so I called again and got the same message. No one called me back since. I thought you programmatically ignore MetLife customers, but maybe you are just not organized.
