Attorney GH is quick, detailed, and very knowledgeable in what he does. I strongly do not recommend the Hernández Law Firm due to their lack of follow-up. My case was delayed longer than necessary due to negligence in its handling. When the appointment in Ciudad Juárez arrived, I attempted to contact them by phone and email to update my case so I could attend, but I never received a response. I had to hire another attorney. Fortunately, thanks to our access to the system, we were able to find out about the appointment, otherwise, we would not have been notified.

I found an employer willing to sponsor my H1b. I called this law firm with only two days left to register for the H1b visa lottery. They were able to register me, and then when I was selected in the lottery, they filed my H1B case without any problem. I have been on H1b since las year, and I am now starting my permanent reisidence with them also. I would recommend these guys 100%!!
