I did not enjoy my very short conversation with Caitlin. Cannot imagine how painful it would be having a retainer with her. PS new developments have happened.
If I could give more than five stars I would. I appreciate everything the Joeckel Law Office did to help me win my case.

You spoke with someone from our firm back in April and our firm determined your case was not one we could help you with, and we informed you of that at that time. Due to the difficult nature of employment cases and as a contingency fee firm, we have to be very selective with the cases that we take. Seeing that you were scheduled for another consultation, Ms. Davis asked if this was regarding the same matter you called about back in April. Upon your confirmation, Ms. Davis informed you that our firm had already determined we could not help with your case. We apologize we could not be of more assistance and we wish you the best of luck.

So far everyone I have worked with have been amazing. I am not from DFW so I didn't know who I should call so I just started calling lawyers. Everyone I talked to said I had a very strong case but they weren't willing to take it right now. This is how I found The Joeckel Law Office. I am sooo glad I did. They have been honest from the start, no fluff, no hype. They just told me how it is. We will ask for $X they will counter and at the end we will be lucky to get $X amount most likely we will end up with $X amount Thank you so much and I can't wait for the next steps.
