The way she treated me and my kids was disgusting! I paid her the money she asked, she barely did anything to help me and my children. She also has a very nasty attitude! I paid her over 5k to do her job then she tried to get me to settle out of court a couple of days before my court date because she didn’t want to do her job and was very rude when I told her I did not want to settle out of court with someone that I had a restraining order on for the second time for putting his hands on me and my kids. My children’s father was making over 200k, he had his own business. He came to court with paystubs which of course he made himself showing he only made $500 a week smh! Any decent attorney would of requested him to Bring his transcripts from the IRS but she didn’t! Her comment to me was “you make what you make and he makes what he makes.”Luckily the judge was not buying those $500 paystub and did not modify the CS. It’s very clear by the looks of these reviews who she will and won’t help! It’s really sad but God isn’t sleep! He will definitely make you pay for taking advantage of innocent mothers and children that you’re supposed to help protect!!! I never even received an itemized bill. Imagine that!!! She definitely needs to be reported!

The stars are for the receptionist who did her job exceptionally well but it's been days and I still have not received a phone call from the attorney my response is my primary address hasn't changed in 49 years a quick Google search would have been sufficient I would have received the court date with no problem 😊 and finally faced the man who tried to kill me and steal my car when I asked hi. to leave have a wonderful day

Anxiously awaiting the outcome of my complaint I filed with the Alabama Bar Association. They have my complaint and Ms Jones has responded, so it's up to the attorney's reviewing both. I provided ample proof that not only did I contact her agency, Ms Jones herself sent me an email back in July. It was in October that she stated she had never spoken to me and I had never contacted her firm. Emails and calls show otherwise. Karma - she posted on her FB page: "Dance like no one is watching but text, post and email like it will be read in court one day." Good advice, so I wouldn't say "I have never spoken with you about any case you may have. You have never consulted with me or my office" when both have happened (on both accounts).

I am so thankful I have had Kristine to advise me throughout my whole ordeal. It was so stressful and agonizing at times, but she made things so much easier and has helped to reduce the stress of everything. She helped me get through my divorce and has been so helpful with the other legal matters that have come up since then. I have gladly recommended her to others. She is so easy to work with, is understanding, and will work with you and for you until the matter is resolved. She is quick to answer any questions I have and doesn't hesitate to help me understand the things I am confused about. As a single parent, with so many things going on, she has given me the peace of mind to let her handle things and allow me to handle my day-to-day things. I know that she will get things done in a timely manner and keep me updated on everything going on. As well as, providing me with quick responses for any questions that I may have.

I had the privilege of Attorney Kristin Jones working with me during my divorce case. When I first walked into her office , I felt at peace and comfortable. She is a great communicator, professional and stays in touch with you in a timely manner. She gives great advice and is very intuitive in our conversations. She gets to the point. I highly recommend this beautiful, smart and genuine Attorney. Also , I would like to mention that her staff are very pleasant.

I posted the below previously and Ms Jones came back with her "I have never spoken to you and you have not cummunicated with my office" response. Despite calling her office twice, responding to her through her in-house email link, and posting an email from HER TO ME, she still insists on her story. Not an attorney I would want respresenting me. My experience with Ms Jones did not show she is the attorney I've read about in some reviews. She was difficult at best. On two occasions, I attempted to gain an understanding of what was required to get a legal, binding agreement written between two parties. I requested (twice) guidance on what needed to be submitted to her to get an agreement started...she failed to provide that guidance on both occasions. However, she did state what her fee would be for the agreement...a flat rate fee. When I questioned why she states she charges a "flat rate fee", yet she includes verbiage stating there could be other charges/expenses, she noted I could make an appointment to come in and discuss the issue. As I told her, I'm not interested in paying an hourly rate to discuss her confusing fee schedule. Rather, I went to another attorney who was not only considerably less expensive, he provided a template to follow for an agreement and didn't charge for the 45 minutes I spent in his office. He has my business...

Ms. Kristine was very helpful and professional handling a sensitive situation. She responded in a timely manner and communicated all the necessary information as well as thoroughly explained the process!

Ms. Jones was so helpful with my divorce and she always explained every step to me in a way that I understood…. In the beginning we had a stumbling block because he ( my now ex husband) would not sign the papers… Ms Jones was so patient and helpful with me and gave me guidance until he (my now ex husband) finally decided to sign the divorce papers a year later… I would definitely recommend her to anyone I know that needs a divorce lawyer… Dana Brogan 😊

She went MIA! Kristine Jones was so kind and listened to everything my husband and I had to say during our initial consultation. As expected there was a fee to talk to her which is fine, however that was the last we really heard from her. We emailed and called and she simply didn't respond to us. I really thought from the video consult that she was all we needed and I was looking forward to working with her. BUT For what ever reason she just left us hanging. Maybe she was just too busy and couldn't find the best way to say so or maybe it was the discount program she uses and she didn't want to honor it. IDK but2 stars for kindness and loose 3 for going MIA.
