WAS COURT APPOINTED TO REPRESENT MY SON IN A FEDERAL CASE..COULD TELL RIGHT AWAY HE WAS LOST..HE ONLY WENT TO THE JAIL A FEW TIMES TO SEE MY SON AND OF EACH OCCASSION HE KNEW NOTHING..WHEN MY SON WOULD ASK HIM SOMETHING HE WOULD RESPOND "I DONT KNOW"..HE WOULDNT ALLOW MY SON TO REVIEW HIS OWN DISCOVERY..MY SON TOLD HIM POINT BLANK TO DISCUSS ANY AND ALL ASPECTS OF THE CASE WITH ME...I CALLED HIM AND HE TOLD ME HE COULDNT DISCUSS ANYTHING WITH ME..I TOLD MY SON TO STRESS TO HIM THAT HE COULD TALK TO ME AND HE EVEN SIGNED SOME PAPERS GIVING HIM EXPRESSED PERMISSION..GUESS WHAT..HE NEVER AMSWERED ANY OF MY CALLS OR RETURNED ANY OF MY MESSAGES..HE NEVER CONTACTED MY SON AGAIN UNTIL I LEFT HIM A MESSAGE TELLING HIM TO REMOVE HIMSELF FROM THE CASE..FUNNY HE IMMEDIATELY CALLED MY SON AND TOLD HIM HE WOULD TELL THE JUDGE TO REPLACE HIM.. NEVER EVEN ASKED WHY OR ANYTHING..OF COURSE HE KNEW WHY..
