This woman is so head to toes in love with herself she is blinded to help her clients. If you're looking for someone who is gonna get you the same plea deal as a public defender could get you......look no further......You have found your attorney. She'll even hide the costs of the people who actually do the work for you, at no additional fee. Overall, one of the most all inclusive rackets in all of Bradenton/Sarasota. The value to what you dont get to what you pay is unmatched . As a veteran of the armed forces even the social workers at the VA were appalled by her lack of interest in my case and her ability to be reached.

I hired this law firm a year or so ago and was fortunate to have colleen on my case. I was facing a 7 year minimum mandatory on some trumped up charges by BPD. She had my back the whole time and fought for me. She made it look so effortless too. Ultimately she got it reduced and i only had to do a little probation. Definitely saved my life and it was worth every penny. Thanks colleen!

I believe Amy was very sympathetic to our case. Always they are on court dates several times. I believe in my heart that the case was settled the best way possible and it was our choice. she always told us the truth. We were with her in several appointments also before every hearing either phone call or in person. her staff was very professional and polite always gave her the messages. I am very grateful to Amy that this is over. I also feel that she is a very caring person and has a fantastic personality for a lawyer. would I recommend her yes. Unresponsive & Incompetent. I engaged this law firm because of the good reviews I read. We were assigned Amy Guin. What a mistake. In the time of need, she wouldn’t return phone calls or reply to emails. You will get the run around. They will tell you to call at a certain time because she wouldn’t be in court and will be available, and then when you do call, they will say she is in court. Then they will say…you have to call again because the attorneys can’t call you. What law firm has attorneys who are not allowed to call their client? Such BS. You will be wasting your time engaging this law firm, and you will end up frustrated if you have Amy as your attorney.

What an AWFUL experience! If I can give this law firm zero stars, I would do so. Amy Guin was our attorney. She does not have the decency to return phone calls or emails, leaving you and your love one in the balance. If you don't want to take chances with your life or the life of your loved one, then go elsewhere. These positive reviews Amy gets probably indicates that she is picking and choosing who she FULLY represents after she takes your money.

I hired Amy Guin at Colleen’s office in March. Price was affordable but the main reason I chose Amy is because she empathized with me and made me feel like a human being even though I made mistakes when I was younger. She listened to my plea of wanting to get my past behind me for good and stop running. She took into account that I have done the leg work to stay sober I just needed the right attorney to present my good doings to the courts. She communicated any new information in my case and on Friday she called me with the most amazing news of my life. I was free. I didn’t have to look over my shoulder anymore. I could tuck my children in at night, knowing I would be home in the morning to take them to school. This Law office I would never recommend they will take your money and leave you for Dead. This company is bad business. Just caught major time behind this Law firm very unorganized waited until the last day to talk to me about the choices I had and persuaded me to make the wrong decisions in court now I'm fighting for my life.
