This firm goes the extra mile for there clients, they are number one in my opinion, I highly recommend anyone who needs legal assistance, they are very professional at what they do. Thank you Dennis Smejkal and his staff for every thing you did for me. Terry Isaacs
I had a works comp case that Dennis handled and it ended in a disaster. He was not prepared at the settlement hearing and I should have fired him but against my better judgment and gut feeling I should have walked away. But he told me i would probably get less if I went to trial. And I knew I should have walked, just be very careful with this one!!!! I didn't listen and got shafted. Please do your research first!!!
