Extremely rude and awful person. Please stay away.

Mr Rankin and staff are all amazing, kind people. Mr Rankin is short and to the point but knows the law, and that is what we needed. He saved my parents from a horrible builder, he has helped our family multiple times and every time has been very fair with pricing. He is one of the few lawyers In my opinion, can be trusted to do the right thing and be fair, and knows the law. All in all, a wonderful man full of character and compassion. If all lawyers were like him we wouldn't have the frivolous lawsuits the plague our nation.

If you see any good reviews here then they may have been written by this guy or others possibly put up to it by him. I have a ton of court issued rebukes of this guy just from my case. Hit me up for details. All true and based upon court rulings. He wrote one pleading and we still laugh like hell over it as it appears to be written by a six year old. Took his clients case from a loss of 25k to a loss of well over 6 figures.

Extremely awful lawyer; doesn’t even deserve 1 star. You are only hurting yourself by seeking help from this man. In my opinion he is only after the money. This lawyer will do anything to make more money off of you, your family, and your situation. He chooses to give bad advice and doesn’t do what’s in the best interest of his clients. Also, he chooses to let clients do things that are bordering illegal, or are in fact illegal. I cannot believe this firm is still practicing. They literally facilitated in tearing my family apart after the devastating loss of our patriarch. Please use someone else, anyone else! You have been warned.

Previous reviews had it right with lowest rating. Don't even consider going to this man for help. He is mentally insane and a manipulative liar. Doesn't consider anyone's best interest and only cares about himself. Choose one out of the millions of lawyers that actually are sane and helpful. Not one of the scumbags that has the decency to brag about doing coke at strip clubs.
