I'm Very Happy I chose The Law Office Of James Riotto to represent me for 2 moving violations. Speeding (72 in a 55mph) and following too closely. I'm A CDL Driver and while being tailgated in my personal car I reacted poorly and uncharacteristically and proceeded to tailgate that vehicle. The office was able to plead it down to 2 parking violations. I've been a fairly safe driver before this incident and hadn't received a moving violation in about 10 years so I believe this helped my case immensely. Destinee Kessler and Brian Persons were Extremely Helpful and I'm glad I chose this office for representation! Thank You So Much!

Very unprofesional law firm. They were paid in full and still closed my file. James was quite disrespectful on the phone and even slammed it when he hung up the phone. I wouldnt recommend these people at all. Didnt give me time to explain my situation.
