Josh is a great lawyer. He is very diverse handling many different areas of law. Including auto accident injury, personal injury and workmen's comp injury claims. He's easy to communicate with by phone, text or email. He is a great negotiator and able to achieve high dollar verdicts with his settlements. I read numerous reviews on Allison Groth from Groth & Associates and was hoping to acquire her services but Instead was given Joshua Williams. He had a very rude personality and communication was lacking at times. I ultimately decided to discontinue service from Joshua Williams hired a completely different attorney from another office. I would definitely not recommend Joshua Williams to anyone ever. The fact that I paid in full 3300.00 and took a complete loss financially to go somewhere else should speak volumes.

I hired Josh to defend against a PPO that was filed against me. He took my money up front. I prepared most of the motion myself, Josh merely edited it. The court hearing was delayed twice, once because he failed to serve the other party in time and another he gave a wrong date which extended the process even further out. He didn't bother to submit any of the evidence I gave him and although I gave him the information needed to poke holes in the plaintiff's story all he managed to do is reiterate what was spoken by the other side. Also during my dealings with him he routinely failed to communicate as he promised and only after multiple follow ups would he then communicate with me. Hire Josh only if you want to be separated from your money and you do not wish to get professional representation.
