I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this law firm. After initially taking my case, communication quickly broke down. My phone calls and messages went unanswered for weeks at a time, despite repeated attempts to follow up. When you hire an attorney, you expect professionalism, responsiveness, and accountability—none of which were demonstrated here. Even more concerning, not all of the legal matters we discussed and agreed upon were completed. I was left having to track down information myself and ultimately seek clarification elsewhere, which defeated the purpose of retaining legal counsel in the first place. Legal matters are stressful enough without having to chase down your own attorney or wonder whether critical tasks were handled properly. Unfortunately, this firm failed to meet basic expectations for client communication and follow-through. I would not recommend this firm to anyone looking for reliable or thorough legal representation.
