Absolutely, hands down, the best attorney in the area. Matt is probably one of the only honest lawyer left. He also still believes in being a man of your word and standing behind what you say which seems to be a quality that is dying off quickly these days. I cant talk enough about his assistant, Jessica. She definitely is the glue that holds everything together over there. She is always so willing to help so much that it became a struggle for me to remember that she wasn't my assistant. Lol Hopefully I'll never have to use their services in the future but I recommend them to anyone needing an attorney.

There is not enough good words to explain how well Matt, and Jessica took care of me!! From start to finish, Matt was very upfront, explained every detail step by step and never skipped a beat keeping me informed as we went! I can not recommend them enough! Not only did he settle my WC case without having to step foot in a court room, but he also helped me along the way with legal advice when we lost our son to a vehicular accident! I began working with Mr. Matthews around October 2022. During his representation, communication was minimal. His assistant frequently contacted me, stating she was unable to obtain my medical records. Last month, she informed me that I would need to contact the local hospital myself to get the records, as she was experiencing difficulties. I assume she eventually obtained them, as the defendant provided a settlement offer. Mr. Matthews did not clearly explain what to expect and pressured me to accept an offer, claiming it was the maximum amount possible for this case. Yesterday, he called to ask how much I was willing to accept. As my attorney, I expected him to advocate for the best outcome for his client. I told him I needed to call him back. When I tried calling, there was no answer, so I emailed him the amount I was considering. Instead of explaining that the lawsuit was filed in a district with a specific limit, he withdrew from the case and then told me the maximum amount I could receive, stating that my request was unrealistic. Had he communicated this from the beginning, I would have understood the limitations. There was a clear communication barrier, and he should be more considerate of his clients' needs.

He accepted my case and had it for about and year meet with me once. I had been talking to Jessica that worked with him and she was persistent with getting things done. I received and email yesterday saying he no longer wants my case

First off I got to give a BIG THANK YOU TO MATT AND JESSICA when no one in Montgomery Alabama would take my case it did take sometime to get it resolved it took almost 5 years but good things don’t come over night and like I said Matt and Jessica was right by my side the hole way I would highly recommend them to anyone and if I had to I would also use them again but not looking to get hurt but like I said I highly recommend them they will work their butts off for you and your family once again Thank you Matt and Jessica GREAT JOB👍

I can't say enough about how helpful Mr. Matthews and his staff were during my husband's case. They were with us for over two years and were always patient when we had questions, and forthcoming with any information. We appreciate their help in resolving my husband's case.
