The Law Office Of Robert H. Van Hart

I was not pleased with the services I received from this office. I paid a retainer and most of it went to them filing paperwork. The attorney attended one meditation and then I was told I needed to obtain more funds for them to continue. It was a waste of money on my end. I’m sure they have done better with others, however I wasn’t satisfied. One of the secretaries dropped the ball when my case came up never told the Attorney. My kids are still with a tyrant parent because of this. I just didn’t see any reason to further fund them after the services I received. Once again this is my experience, others more than likely had better. The good thing I can say is they filed the paperwork for the other county my case was in when I couldn’t handle it. However I’m still out of a license and my children, such is life. (It took me awhile to conjure up the efforts to write this because it was the inflection point of losing so much.)

This law office keeps spam texting with advertisements. I don't you them and never had. Also the number they keep texting is on the do not call register. I wouldn't trust a business that spams to get customers. Will be reporting to the FatC and FCC.

Robert will take your money and have a secretary answer his emails. in a year I believe he went thru 3 our 4 secretary's answering his emails. I emailed him very valuable information for a deposition and he failed to ever see the emails with the info and botched the entire deposition. but he was sure to contact me for more money each time. folks save your money when you go into a attorneys office and the decor is 1970 there a reason lol we are currently looking at legal actions we can take up on Robert lack of representation he gave us for a lot of money we paid him. responding to Roberts claim. yes he did get a judgment because the defendant did not show up to court.... it was a judgement. because of that not the claim that Robert did such a great job to get that judgment. I provided him thru email that he never seen because he does not read his own emails. the evidence that would have proved defendant lied about assets and having a business bank account. those two things would of made it very easy to collect on this judgment that would of made a slam dunk. but when you fail your client as bad as Robert did. you cant collect on any judgments we paid Robert a lot of money and we only asked him to fix his mistake that he made and do it for n/c because once again his mistake. do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for legal representation

He was my attorney for a divorce. I appreciate his level headed and no-nonsense approach. I wholeheartedly recommend him!

‼️ Don’t waste your time or money!! this lawyer is worthless a week before my final hearing he told me I owed him $4200 and he pulled out of the trial and I had to go in alone! I would give him zero stars, if I could!

Save your money and search elsewhere. Friend went through a divorce and they did not communicate at all with him . Until the week of divorce and asked for a lit more money . At Least have communication with clients on what is going on with the case at hand

Robert Van Hart has always been very helpful for me. He is very kind, understands what I need and can be depended on.

Mr. Van Hart was of no real help to my family law case. Waste of retainer fee. Asked for a refund, the office “got to work” and then nothing. It’s been months my case should be closed by now. May be of help to others but not for me. Very knowledgeable man but wasn’t of much help for me. Also, if it’s near a holiday or weekend don’t bother trying to get any information.

Mr. Van Hart is a great lawyer and I highly recommend him. If I ever have any legal issues in the future, I will be using his service again.
