Bob reported my wrong address to the court month after his assistant told me he would submit my new address. He also claims to have lost my most important piece of evidence and could not even offer an apology. Totally incompetent. Worth about $15 per hour in my opinion.

Horrible experience, with an extremely misogynistic person. They failed to acquire all the evidence needed to make my case before my hearing but proceeded anyway without asking for continuance. He was more interested in if my ex was hot or not than he was in winning my case. Started insulting me based on her looks. Told me I need to grow a pair... it was a mistake to hire this person

Robert Getz is a standup guy; straightforward; he's fair and honest. Robert gives advise to his clients as if he were in your shoes. I brought my mother who is 96 years old to see them to have her will redone. I was told to pay $400 up at the time of the first meeting which I agreed to. That was on a Wednesday afternoon I contacted them again on Monday to check the progress and was told that they had customers in front of me and they would get started on it soon. I received an email with the will to go over it with my mother fo mer approval. I called them back to let them know that it was wrong they listed an ex brother-in-law as one of my mother's dead children which is not the case it was his wife. When I mentioned the condo to them I was told they didn't even know she had a condo and how are they supposed to know. I was in transfer to the attorney who told me I could not be in the room when she did the will which I'd already understood. I was then told they would give my 96-year-old mother half her money back which they did. I asked them to send a note to my mother explaining to her why she only gets half her money back and no will. I was then told that they will have no further contact with me. If they will do this to a 96-year-old woman I guess that pretty much makes everybody open game for them. I only wish there was something somebody could do to stop this person from doing things like this to vulnerable people.

WORST LAWYER (or any professional) I'VE EVER DELBT WITH!!!! Incredibly dissatisfied with services. A mediation to sort out a summer schedule was drawn out to be SIX LONG HOURS! Phone conversations that should have taken 10-15 min lasted 45 min to an hour because he told stories of how things were years ago, previous cases, explained things I already knew, chit chat that had nothing to do with the case. Then to be "nice" he would knock 10 min off the bill. I spent over $6000 to mediate 9 weeks of summer. I discussed with Mr. Getz that I did not want to pay for any mediation cost as my X was requesting it all. After it was all done I was told I had to pay 1/2 of the mediation bill and was told by the mediator that they sent me/my lawyer a letter advising that it would be 50/50 in advance. I never received a letter. I called Getz receptionist after and asked her to please forward me a copy of that letter and she told me there was never a letter. My impression of Mr Getz is that he is interested in making things long and drawn out so he makes as much money as he can, not interested in helping his clients solve situations with limited financial damages. I spent more money sorting out this one part of my parenting plan then I spent creating the entire parenting plan.

Bob has now saved me from financial exposure to almost $90k in potential judgment orders through his careful, meticulous and detailed knowledge of case law and the local legal system! When it comes to finding an attorney, don't make the same mistake I did and shop solely by price because in law the smallest mistake will cost YOU, not your attorney, dearly! Bob is worth every penny and then some... the proof is in the results and Bob gets results! Fabian
