Mr. Owens was hired by my daughter, Briana. More services are needed, such as a power of attorney and a personal property inquiry. I have called at his office three times and followed up with emails. Unfortunately, we have not received any response. Not even a courtesy call or correspondence from his assistant. Certainly, the sharp look that he has doesn't match the respect and business matter protocol. I have verified with the Bar Association, and some negative details show on the records. In this new world of communication technology, the lack of response is no longer acceptable.
