Update: Owners response should have left it at 1 sentence "Does not pertain to a client experience with our office" That's true, since I never became a client because they said I didn't have a case. Now when he says it's a fake review that's NOT true. When I called the Tampa office to let Evan know he gave out bad information, I spoke with another attorney who was both arrogant and condescending. That's when I hung up and wrote my review of exactly what happened! Beware! Called for a free consultation and was told my case was past the statute of limitations because the Governor had signed a bill changing the statute from 4 years to 2. I replied I would think my case would be grandfathered in and the insurance company wouldn't be talking to me if they didn't have to. Evan assured me I was out of luck and they had been crazy busy filing over 5000 law suits because of the new bill. Three (3) weeks later I received a check from the insurance company for the full policy amount without using an attorney and giving up a third of the proceeds. A quick check online of the bill the governor signed clearly stated any accident after March 24th 2023 was under the 2 year limitation, not mine which was in 2019. The insurance company said that's scary when I told them what Anidjar and Levine had told me. Do yourself a favor and find a firm that actually knows the law.

First of all I have to say that although I was in a pretty big accident involving multiple people and major conflict with insurances and lawyers, Anidjar & Levine handled it with grace. Granted, it took a little while but with all of the moving parts and people involved, I can understand why. With every thing going on and all of the hoops everyone had to jump through to get this case handled, Scott Gutstein made sure he kept me in the loop and was very honest about everything that was happening and/or why it was happening. I had never needed lawyers until that dreadful day but I can genuinely and honestly say I’m proud to have worked with Scott and the Anidjar and Levine team for they truly took care of me during this process. I hope no one has to go through what I had to, but I assure you if they did I will gladly recommend the entire Anidjar and Levine team every time.

No one there at this office can help you Just false storefront to say that they have an office in Tampa. Needed someone to represent me for Malpractis of a surgical operation on my foot and leg. Can hardly walk now. They say they do malpractice but that's a lie.They referred me to another lawyer. Don't waste your time!
