I had the pleasure of working with Catherine who is one of the lawyers at Carroll & Hinojosa, PLLC. I first hired Catherine to help me draft a complex rent/sale agreement between myself and a renter of one of my properties. When the sale soured due to the buyers inability to secure financing Catherine helped me every step of the way. Catherine is extremely patient and a great listener, she is also very well read and has vast knowledge of law and it's application to the real world. I liked Catherine so much I hired her again to help fight for an underpaid insurance claim. Catherine took time to understand the complexity of the damages/insurance jargon and went straight to work. After Catherine wrote a letter the insurance company wanted to settle a week later for a fair amount! Catherine made the whole process much less stressful than it should have been. If you hire a lawyer, make sure you hire Catherine!
