Dan got a case dismissed for not having a motorcycle endorsement but I’ve since got. I’ve raced off road motorcycles for 30 years and 5 of them professionally. The course is for beginner riders so why I hadn’t taken it. Very grateful for his work.

I cannot say enough good things about Daniel. I was charged with a second degree felony and misdemeanor and Daniel was able to get me PTI- which is the absolute best possible outcome in my case, PTI on a second degree felony is a unicorn outcome and Daniel’s professionalism and knowledge was able to obtain that for me efficiently. While phone communication is limited because he is busy he makes up for in flying colors in the courthouse because he is detailed, and is able to break things down into terms someone without any knowledge on criminal law would understand. He is a very knowledgeable and competent attorney. I had a fairly complex case involving two different counties and he navigated it with exceptional expertise. I was facing significant jail time and he got it reduced to just a year of probation.
