There are no words that can express my gratitude for The Law Offices of Dr. Bruce G. Fagel and Associates. In 2015, my child almost died due to medical negligence and malpractice. I knew the medical staff needed to be held accountable for what happened to my 3-year-old son, but I wasn’t sure if I had a legal case. I did my research and called this firm, within an hour I was speaking with Dr. Fagel. From that moment forward, I had a champion in our corner. We met and went over everything that happened to my son. The firm was caring, listened to me (the parent), and agreed to take the case. Over the next few years the team worked diligently on our case. My son’s case ended up going to jury trial, it was quite an experience. Thinking back on how Dr. Fagel advocated for my son in that courtroom for weeks brings tears to my eyes. They were so supportive and gave me the courage to get justice for my son. For me, having a voice and holding those accountable is what mattered the most. It was complicated, but in the end we won. If you need someone in your corner for medical malpractice, this is the only firm that I would recommend. I will be forever thankful the Fagels took our case, and someday when he is old enough to know about the mighty legal warriors that fought for him, my son will be thankful as well.

Our son was involved in a very unfortunate malpractice case with a large medical group a couple of years ago. They were always readily available to take my calls answering questions, providing guidance and support to what a very uncertain and daunting time was. They equipped us with information and resources I never thought I would need and for that, to them, I am forever grateful. We are very pleased with the outcome of our case and would absolutely recommend Dr. Fagel. There is no dollar amount you can put on a life. No amount of money can undo your experience and outcome. But having this team on your side, carrying out justice on your behalf, makes the experience easier.

A medical Mal-practice law suit isn't something my family ever hoped for. Unfortunately grave mistakes were made during the birth of our child, that absolutely turned our world upside down. They put us in a position were we could cover her extensive medical expenses, provide her with all the care she needed, and restore a little bit of normality in our lives. Was told their case load is too high so they can't help me. Why are they still advertising then? Why doesn't their website state that? Why are there no other reviews? Can't they update their own information? They stated that they got back to me in an email from a questionnaire I filled out on their website but they actually didn't get back to me at all. This shows me that they really don't have any accountability at all. Website has lot's of talk but there is actually very little action...sad.
