After two mediators (don't waste your time and money, they WON'T give you legal advice), and then two other attorneys to advise on the media tor's settlement drafts, I finally engaged Joe and Michele to bring the divorce to closure. Because of tax law implications, I needed to get the settlement agreement expedited through the court because it was late November before we could get everything signed. Joe and Michele assured me they would get it done, and they delivered on their promise. Could not possibly be more satisfied with their professional assistance during such a difficult time.

Joe and Michele took the time to help me through a divorce that was initially supposed to be easy and self represented but then escalated. Joe is a true professional. He is not the "bull dog" type lawyer. He works best as a mediator. He has a calming presence that serves to deescalate highly contentious individuals and get to a fair resolution quickly.
