I first want to say that Josh Branch and his team are amazing. My Story: I was crossing a street with the right of way when a motorist turning right on red was so concentrated on the traffic he didn’t see me crossing and hit me straight on. I was taken to the hospital with a head and back injury. I’m not a person who immediately wants to call a personal injury attorney, but after talking to some friends in the insurance business who told me it would be a nightmare for me to navigate the process without one, I hired Joshua Branch. My medical bills exceeded $74,000 and the driver only had $25,000 of liability insurance. To make up the difference Josh and his team were able to tap into the uninsured motor vehicle insurance I had on two of my vehicles. It several months of many questions, forms, affidavits, and other hoops Josh and his team got me a fair settlement. During those several months Josh’s team kept me posted of their progress and I was able to concentrate on rehab and getting better.
