My case has gone through three different hands. I want to love what they’re doing. I want to like what they’re doing. However, I was Email A DocuSign for my Claim.on May 17, 2026. And I’m still waiting?!?!?! I also asked for a line item statement for bills that were paid….. Still waiting!!!!! I’ve called the office to reach Ms. Markeda Nelson To find out what is happening and why it hasn’t been overnighted?!?!?!?! Still waiting?!?!?!?!?! Once my case has Completed itself I’ll give you a follower report and review?!?!?!?! May 27, 2026 1:49 pm Friday May 29 ,2026 Called in to get update & Phone was disconnected 2 time(hung up and on & not by the receptionists) Still waiting?!?!?! I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Julian Sanders Law Firm regarding my late father’s settlement case. Communication has been very poor, and despite multiple emails, I have not received clear updates or explanations about the status of the case or what is causing the delays.What has been most frustrating is being told previously that payment could be completed once the estate paperwork was received, only to later be told there are still negotiations happening without any detailed explanation. As a family dealing with the loss of a loved one and funeral expenses, the lack of transparency and responsiveness has added unnecessary stress during an already difficult time. I understand legal matters can take time, but clients deserve timely communication, professionalism, and honest updates. I would not recommend this firm.

This law firm is way too busy and does not have time for their clients! They never call or give you and update about your case and that don’t even tell you when you have an offer… they take it upon their selves to make the decisions on your case and offers, I do not recommend this law firm to anyone

Unfortunately, this has been a terrible experience. They have no urgency whatsoever. I’ve had to initiate every single update and when I do, I have to reach out multiple times or wait multiple days to even get a response. Then whenever I call and they confirm I’m a client, they ask why I’m calling as if I shouldn’t contact the law firm who I hired for my case and always get the vm. I honestly just prefer to email but like I said, that’s even a waiting process and I’m not even a pestering person. My case is literally at the end and it seems like they don’t want it to end. My patience has completely run out. I’m honestly ready for this entire process to be over.

I’m honestly at the point where I don’t even want to go through them again. Nobody answers the phone or calls back, and every day somebody gives a different story about my case. Then on top of that, people have attitudes and act like they’re not getting paid to do their job just like we work for our money too. I was told I was getting my check this Friday, then I got a call yesterday saying now it’s going to take another week or two. It’s frustrating getting told something different every time.

She was the absolute worst attorney I’ve ever met in my life. I don’t recommend her for nothing. She needs to be up for retirement because she is definitely not passionate about what she does.
