Consultation went relatively poorly. I was listening and trying to articulate my case. Surprised that he would actually say to me that "It's not a popularity contest" when I said that my entire team would agree with me that his working conditions were unreasonably stringent and that I was being targeted. Maybe the law isn't on my side in this case and he's technically right, but for me, this has been impacting my ability to work significantly, and that is characterized as a component of harassment. Towards the end of the call, he told me my strong suit wasn't listening. I have a lot to say about my situation and I feel pretty strongly my situation is harassment. Again, if he told me I did not have a case that would be one thing, but he started cutting me off and insulting me instead. Not the best way to do business.
