Please be aware that I had nothing to do with any property damage claim that you had. That was handled by you or your insurance company that dealt directly with the other driver’s insurance company. Property damage claims are almost always handled separately from other claims. I had no involvement in reviewing a market valuation report of your vehicle that was completed by the adjuster in determining the value of your vehicle. I had no involvement in accepting or signing off on the amount that the insurance company agreed to pay for your vehicle. You can confirm this by calling your insurance company and the other driver’s insurance company.<br><br>NOBODY CAN FORCE YOU TO ACCEPT A SETTLEMENT AMOUNT.
