I went to them when I was given a lowball settlement offer. They said I’d settle out by the holidays, it’s now been 18 months and I’m not even close. They tell you they use a communication app - they don’t. In fact their communication is horrible! It would take me up to and sometimes more than 10 to 14 business days to get a response to an email and or a return phone call. Workers comp has denied my treatment for months, my doctor told me that my lawyer should be preparing something to put in front of the judge to get this treatment approved, they were not / have not. I am my own case manager When the entire point of hiring them was to take this off my plate.
