Michael Zimprich publicly promotes himself as a property tax consultant. What most people won’t see is the foreclosure business quietly conducted through his LLC (BMTD, LLC), which foreclosed on my property after receiving certified mail and email notice of my active Chapter 13 bankruptcy. No motion for stay relief was filed. The foreclosure was executed anyway — in violation of federal bankruptcy protections. The property was then transferred to a connected buyer, who is now the subject of an active federal adversary proceeding. The property had approximately $60,000 in equity — even in its as-is condition. It wasn’t a dream value. This was confirmed. Yet no post-sale accounting was ever provided. No explanation of how the proceeds were applied. No transparency at all. If you’re considering working with Mr. Zimprich or any entities he controls, I urge you to check public records, bankruptcy court filings, and LLC ownership documents. There’s a sharp contrast between the tax consultant shown on the website — and the foreclosure lender operating behind it.
