I am very disappointed with the service I received. Unfortunately, my experience did not align with the expectations that were set at the beginning of the engagement. Several commitments and assurances were made that ultimately were not fulfilled. Additionally, multiple motions were filed that, in hindsight, did not meaningfully advance my case and resulted in significant unnecessary expense. Communication was inconsistent, timelines were not clearly managed, and I often had to follow up repeatedly for basic updates. The overall process felt disorganized and inefficient. I believe there is substantial room for improvement in managing client expectations, strategic decision-making, and overall transparency. I hope this feedback is taken constructively so that future clients receive a more effective and professional level of service. What was most disturbing, is Mr. Creep, shared our conversations, and text messages with mutual associates. Proudly telling them " Go ahead and tell him I told you." In reference to my personal finances, and lawyer client confidential conversations. These associates told me immediately. Most unprofessional experience of my life.
