From start to finish this attorney has been thorough . Beginning with explaining what my concerns were from a legal stance, continuing with all my legal alternatives. If I could give this lawyer 0 stars I would! Which ever reviews he has 5 stars on has to be family or friends. I hired Mr. Vladimir back in April for a case and had little to no contact with him up until the court date then Mr. Vladimir showed up to court and the plaintiffs lawyer made a fool out of him before even entering the court room. I knew right there & then I made the wrong decision, then we entered the court room he decided to take it to trial and made a joke out of himself and myself as well. He was confused had no idea what he has talking about as he was shuffling around his paperwork he allowed the plaintiffs lawyer to just make a fool out of us. Court has no more then 20 minutes and he did nothing for me I received a judgment against me and he was so embarrassed he left without saying a word it’s been 2 months and I had to reach out to receive any paperwork from the case. Then I paid off the judgement and contacted him not only for my paperwork but just asked him if he could send the plaintiffs lawyer an email with court documents and he refused and said he was no longer on my case He knew he did nothing for me besides take my money! Please save your money and hire a real lawyer!

I, a senior single woman, contacted Vladimir’s office because my tenant lied about me declining to have a pest inspection. Vladimir was the only lawyer to return my call. And I am grateful for that. In such a call I told Vladimir that: . I have been close to four years without electricity because the tenant was stealing electricity from my unit . I filed a complaint with the ICC Consumer, and they did not help . ComEd is a monopoly, so I can not get electric service unless I pay thousands of dollars in unfair charges Vladimir asked me how I could live without electricity in Chicago. -I use a camping lamp - I store my food on a metal bucket outside - I use a propane heater in winter - I have an Alpaca blanket that keeps me warm Vladimir told me to leave my apartment. But I still have ComEd anywhere I go in Chicago because it is a monopoly. Then he told me he did not know how to help me. State law is not my expertise; however, from a human standpoint, everyone should have the right to affordable energy and a fair trial when corporations like ComEd and Becovic take advantage of older women and leave them in the dark.
